Everything You Need To Know Before Working With Jaguar

What areas do you cover?

We operate across Kent and the South East, providing commercial cleaning services to offices, schools, block managers, and more. If you’re unsure whether we cover your site, just ask - if we can get to you reliably, we can clean it.

Can you clean outside of working hours?

Absolutely. We offer early morning, evening, and overnight cleans to suit your business or building schedule. We’ll work with you to find a rota that causes the least disruption to your team or residents.

Are your staff DBS-checked?

Yes - all Jaguar staff working in schools or sensitive environments undergo enhanced DBS checks. We also carry out ID checks, references, and full training for every member of our team.

Do you take on our existing cleaners when switching providers?

In many cases, yes - under TUPE regulations, we may be required to inherit your current cleaning team. But don’t worry - this is something we handle often. We provide extra training, support, and supervision to bring inherited teams up to Jaguar’s high standards. Learn more about TUPE.

What happens if our regular cleaner is off sick or on holiday?

We’ve got it covered. Our managers maintain a rota of trained cover staff, so you’ll never be left without cleaning support. And if needed, our managers roll up their sleeves and get stuck in themselves - we will never leave a building unclean or let standards slip. It’s that hands-on approach that sets Jaguar apart.

Do you supply cleaning products and equipment?

We can supply everything you need, including eco-friendly options, or we can work with your existing stock - whichever suits you best. We also PAT test all our own electrical equipment regularly.

Is there a long-term contract?

We don’t believe in tying clients into long-term contracts. That’s why we offer a 3-month break-out clause at the very beginning – which we guarantee you won’t need, but it’s there for your peace of mind. After you’ve been with us for a year, you’ll still have complete flexibility with just 3 months’ notice to cancel.

Can you provide risk assessments and insurance documents?

Yes - we’ll provide full RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements), insurance certificates, and any other compliance paperwork you need for your records or tenders.

Do you offer antimicrobial or hygiene add-ons?

We do. We can apply Zoono antimicrobial surface protection to reduce bacteria and virus transmission for up to 30 days. This is available as a one-off service or monthly add-on.

What types of buildings do you clean?

We work with offices, schools, block-managed residential buildings (communal areas only), retail sites, hospitality venues, showrooms, and more. If it’s a commercial space - we’ve probably cleaned one just like it.
