What Is TUPE?
TUPE is a legal regulation designed to protect employees when a contract or service provider changes. It ensures that cleaners (and other staff) don’t automatically lose their jobs just because you’ve appointed a new cleaning company.
This means that when you appoint Jaguar to take over your contract, we may be legally required to inherit your current cleaners - along with their employment rights, pay, and length of service.
